To me, politics is the profession of conducting political affairs, an act of governing a country for example, through political discussions .
In my opinion, the youth of today are interested in politics, but, subconsciously . They think that they are not interested in politics, due to the dry content that they are subjected to if they watch the televised parliamentary debates . However, they still actively participate in online forums regarding issues about decisions of the government . Whether they agree or disagree with the decision made is not the point . The point is that they feel very strongly about the decisions made by the government, and they usually have substantial evidence to back their cases . Furthermore, the youth of today are always pleading to the older generation to listen to their ideas and also to give them the opportunity to voice out their own personal opinions . So how can society claim that the youth of today are not interested in politics when the youth themselves want their own opinions to be heard ?
