I agree with the author that online matching is helping companies earn a lot of money. This is because in this modern society where people's demands of spouses are higher, it is more difficult to find a partner which you are satisfied with. However, through matchmaking sites, it is possible to be paired up with people who fit your criteria. And with the increasing number of people that are not getting married, matchmakers earn lots of money as the people are more eager to be able to settle down with a suitable partner given the difficulty in doing so. Thus, more and more people would sign up for matchmaking services, allowing the companies a chance to earn more profit.

I agree with Christopher that it is more difficult to find life partners in this modern society. This is due to the fast-paced lifestyle where individuals are continuously rushing for time. This gives them less time to find a partner that they are satisfied with.
